Real Estate Agent – Luxury Property Sales in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our Dubai office. You will work on luxury property sales, rentals and off‑plan projects, guiding clients through every step of the transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings and advise clients on investments, luxury homes and rental opportunities.
• Manage property listings, prepare and review contracts, negotiate offers and ensure smooth closings in line with local regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships, deliver professional customer service and stay updated on market trends and new developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall client experience.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Dubai real‑estate practices and regulations.
• Experience in property valuation, negotiation and transaction management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English, Arabic a plus.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple listings and client requests.
• Proven track record in Dubai’s luxury market and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
