Real Estate Agent – Sales & Leasing (Dubai)

About the role

Betterhomes is seeking energetic Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join its high‑performing team in Dubai. You will help clients buy, sell, and lease properties while contributing to the company’s reputation as a market leader.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the brokerage.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales or lease agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after‑sale support.
• Collaborate with the Client Partnership team to secure hot listings.
• Represent Betterhomes at exclusive project launches and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a high‑performing environment (real estate, automotive, recruitment, luxury retail, cabin crew, etc.).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive yet supportive setting.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
