Real Estate Broker – Property Consultant (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

BIM Properties is expanding its sales team in Abu Dhabi and seeks motivated Real Estate Brokers / Property Consultants to drive property transactions and grow the company’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Represent buyers, sellers, and tenants in residential and commercial real‑estate transactions across Abu Dhabi.
• Source, pitch and secure new property listings to expand the active portfolio.
• Manage end‑to‑end client communications, property viewings and negotiation of purchase or lease agreements.
• Utilise company‑provided CRM tools, marketing assets and lead platforms to maximise sales activity.
• Stay updated on local market trends, property values and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Active UAE real‑estate broker licence (or in progress).
• Prior experience in real‑estate sales is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Target‑driven work ethic with strong interpersonal communication.

Required skills

• Familiarity with real‑estate CRM tools and listing portals.
