Real Estate Broker – Property Consultant (Dubai)

About the role

AGCO PROPERTIES is seeking a motivated Real Estate Broker to join its Dubai team. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering fast, easy and cost‑efficient property transactions for residential and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and guide them through buying, selling or leasing processes.
• Conduct property sales and rentals, including negotiations and promotion of listings.
• Identify new business opportunities in a competitive market.
• Provide accurate advice and excellent customer service throughout each transaction.
• Ensure compliance with local real‑estate regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate, business development, customer service, retail, hospitality, engineering or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem‑solving and entrepreneurship abilities, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Additional language skills are a plus (English, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Mandarin, Japanese, Italian, German, French).
