Real Estate Broker – Residential Sales

About the role

The Real Estate Broker will manage the full sales cycle for residential properties in Dubai, from prospecting to closing. You will advise clients on market conditions, valuations, and investment opportunities while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospecting, property viewings, client consultations, and close residential transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property listings, accurate documentation, and provide market insights to clients.
• Build and nurture client relationships, respond promptly to inquiries, and deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams, coordinate with developers and legal parties, and ensure adherence to company policies and UAE real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• Strong brokerage and residential real‑estate experience with a clear understanding of property principles, local market trends, and regulatory requirements in Dubai or the UAE.
• Proven sales and customer‑service abilities to generate leads, convert prospects, and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Relevant qualifications such as a UAE real‑estate license or certification and prior experience working with developers or agencies are advantageous.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages a plus), strong negotiation skills, proficiency with CRM tools, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
