Real Estate Broker – Up to 70% Commission

About the role

Propertyana Group is expanding its Dubai team and seeks motivated Real Estate Brokers / Property Consultants. This full‑time, commission‑based position offers strong earning potential with company‑provided leads, full administrative and marketing support, and access to a broad property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new client relationships.
• Follow up leads and identify potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver professional property information.
• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout transactions.
• Maintain regular follow‑up to ensure high service levels.
• Build and sustain a network of clients and property owners.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends, new developments, and pricing.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s key areas (preferred).
• Professional appearance and customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, and target‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with a commission‑based compensation model.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
