Real Estate Consultant

About the role

Sovereign House is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Consultant to join its Dubai office. You will work directly with high‑net‑worth clients, advising them on residential property purchases, sales and investment opportunities across key Dubai communities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct property viewings, prepare tailored proposals and present market insights.
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers and developers while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate property listings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide post‑sale support, portfolio reviews and market updates to foster long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market and property transactions.
• Proven sales ability, including lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Excellent negotiation skills and professional integrity.
• Experience training or educating clients on market trends and investment strategies.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
