About the role

Coldwell Banker UAE is seeking motivated Real Estate Consultants to join its growing team across the UAE. The role focuses on Off‑Plan, Secondary, and Commercial property markets, offering agents the chance to build a lasting career in Dubai’s dynamic real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Source, market, and sell Off‑Plan, Secondary and Commercial properties.
• Provide clients with expert advice, conduct property viewings, and negotiate deals.
• Maintain and expand a personal client portfolio through networking and follow‑up.
• Utilise Coldwell Banker’s marketing tools, branding, photography and digital campaigns to showcase listings.
• Collaborate with in‑house mentors and trainers to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Passion for real‑estate and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle (mandatory).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with a global brand.
