Real Estate Consultant – Off‑Plan & Secondary Sales

About the role

MARE Properties is expanding its Off‑Plan and Secondary divisions in Dubai’s Business Bay district. The company seeks motivated Property Consultants to generate and nurture client relationships, promote off‑plan investment opportunities, and drive sales through the full transaction cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and follow up new leads for off‑plan and secondary properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors and developers.
• Present project details, conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Guide clients through the sales process from inquiry to SPA signing.
• Stay informed on new project launches, market trends and developer incentives.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate client data in the company CRM.
• Participate in developer launches, open houses, roadshows and company events.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Dubai off‑plan real estate (mandatory).
• Strong background in luxury sales or international client management.
• Fluent English; Russian or another European language highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and professional demeanor.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

• Proficiency with CRM systems for client management.
