Real Estate FP&A Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manager – Real Estate FP&A to join a leading investment company's finance team in the UAE. Reporting to the Project Director, you will drive feasibility studies, cash‑flow modelling and investment appraisal for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies and project cash‑flow modelling.
• Perform investment appraisal using IRR, NPV and DCF techniques.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and escrow regulations.
• Structure off‑plan sales and prepare Board‑level reports and presentations.
• Build and deliver Board decks and strategic presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CFA or CAIA (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in real‑estate investments, FP&A or project finance within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong exposure to real‑estate development companies and RERA/escrow processes.
