Real Estate Sales Advisor

About the role

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Advisors to join Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on generating business, advising clients, and closing property transactions across both primary and secondary UAE markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and lead generation.
• Advise clients on buying, selling and investment opportunities throughout the UAE.
• Handle property transactions in both primary and secondary markets, including viewings, presentations and negotiations.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and consistently work toward achieving sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, pricing, regulations and investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Prior UAE real estate sales experience with proven success in both primary and secondary markets.
• Strong understanding of major UAE communities and developments.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, negotiate and close transactions.
• Professional appearance, self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working on a commission basis.
