Real Estate Sales Agent (Arabic & English Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent fluent in Arabic and English to join our Dubai brokerage. You will work with off‑plan and secondary market properties, helping investors and end‑users find premium opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals and online platforms.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market insights.
• Negotiate offers and close off‑plan market deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated on RERA regulations, market trends and community developments.

Required profile

• Male or female candidates.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Dubai’s real estate market.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
