About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join Capital Avenue Real Estate in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will assist clients in buying, selling and renting properties while delivering professional advice and ensuring smooth transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct market research and property evaluations.
• List properties and create marketing materials.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and regulations.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.
• Manage multiple client accounts and transactions.
