Real Estate Sales Agent – Residential & Commercial

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Agent will promote, sell and lease residential and commercial properties for The Gate Properties in Abu Dhabi. The role involves generating leads, guiding clients through viewings and finalising transactions while adhering to company policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales and leasing leads through online portals, social media and direct outreach.
• Market available properties on various channels and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate sale or lease terms in line with company guidelines.
• Prepare and process contracts, agreements and related documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real‑estate laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with property management for availability, maintenance and handover.
• Follow up with clients to secure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in real‑estate sales or leasing is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Knowledge of the local property market and regulations.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with property listing platforms.
