Join Aimrow Realty as a Real Estate Sales Assistant and support a dynamic sales team in Dubai’s luxury property market. This position is ideal for candidates with a solid understanding of sales processes and the local real estate environment who are eager to grow within a professional brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with lead follow‑ups and client coordination.
• Assist with property listings, viewings, and daily sales activities.
• Coordinate communications between clients, agents, and developers.
• Maintain strong follow‑up and sales activity to drive conversions.
• Help convert opportunities into successful transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Good understanding of the Dubai property market.
• Disciplined, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Immediate availability preferred.
