About the role

Join Al Saqr Al Shamikh Real Estate’s growing sales team in Al Qulai’a, Sharjah. As a Real Estate Sales Executive you will turn enquiries into satisfied homeowners and tenants, contributing to the company’s reputation for honest, client‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and enquiries from property portals, WhatsApp and walk‑ins.
• Match buyers and tenants with suitable properties by actively listening to their requirements.
• Post, refresh and manage property listings on online portals to keep them visible and competitive.
• Arrange and attend property viewings, including early mornings or evenings as needed.
• Negotiate offers, prepare paperwork and ensure smooth hand‑over of properties.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up consistently with clients.
• Stay informed about Sharjah market trends, pricing and neighbourhoods.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Strong persuasive communication skills and confidence speaking with first‑time renters to seasoned investors.
• Sales experience in any sector or a motivated fresh graduate eager to prove themselves.
• Comfort with real‑estate websites and portals, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ambition to earn, grow and excel in a sales environment.
