Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and follow up with prospective buyers and tenants promptly and professionally.
• Show properties, answer questions and guide clients through viewings with confidence.
• Negotiate deals that leave both parties satisfied.
• Build and maintain your own client pipeline, treating relationships as inventory.
• Stay on top of market trends and listings in Muweilah and surrounding Sharjah communities.
• Meet (and ideally exceed) realistic monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills – able to hold a room and close a conversation.
• A genuine service mindset; clients should feel looked after, not sold to.
• Self‑discipline and follow‑through – consistency is rewarded.
• Professional, presentable appearance and attitude as the face of the company.

Required skills

• Previous experience in real estate or sales (advantageous).
• Familiarity with the Sharjah property market.
• Bilingual ability in Arabic and English.
