Real Estate Salesperson – Ajman

About the role

We are a fast‑growing real estate agency in Ajman looking for motivated sales representatives to join our team. You will receive leads, mentorship and a commission structure that rewards performance. The role involves working with buyers, sellers and investors across the dynamic Ajman market.

Key responsibilities

• Work with inbound leads and build your own network to match buyers, sellers and investors with suitable properties.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a personal and professional touch.
• Negotiate offers, knowing when to push and when to listen.
• Stay updated on Ajman market trends, pricing, new launches and active listings.
• Represent the brand at viewings, open houses and community events, including occasional weekends.
• Provide market insights and feedback to improve team performance.

Required profile

• Strong drive to sell and achieve results.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Comfort with negotiation and handling rejection.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn our CRM and listing tools.
• Valid UAE driving licence or ability to obtain one soon.
