Real Estate Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Dubai. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in closing property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided databases and marketing leads.
• Explain property details, pricing, location benefits, and project features clearly and confidently.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team and follow up regularly to maintain engagement.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and client interactions in the CRM.
• Handle inbound inquiries from advertisements, listings, and digital campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Experience in client handling, lead follow‑ups, and building long‑term customer relationships.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and pitch delivery skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and related regulations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
