About the role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist for a short‑term, 1‑month contract in Dubai. This position is outsourced and will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and drivers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑desk experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and drivers in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front‑desk inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal communications.
- Maintain visitor logs and reception records.
- Support daily administrative and coordination tasks.
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries and escalate when required.
- Assist in document filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience as a receptionist.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
