About the role

Join Premier Inn Hotels at the Abu Dhabi Airport Business Park and be the first friendly face for our guests. You will manage check‑in and check‑out processes, handle payments, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, suppliers and answer telephone calls in line with brand standards.
• Provide information on promotions, room rates, local activities and events.
• Process reservations, cancellations and payments following cash‑handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and build long‑term relationships.
• Promote online guest feedback and monitor reviews for improvement opportunities.
• Perform general office duties such as correspondence, email handling and filing.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure the reception area is well‑stocked.

Required profile

Required skills

• Opera PMS (property management system) proficiency.
