Receptionist – Shipping & Logistics Office

About the role

Green Plus Shipping L.L.C. is seeking a professional Receptionist to join its Dubai office. The role combines front‑desk duties with basic administrative support in a fast‑paced shipping and logistics environment. Candidates must have 1‑2 years of experience within the shipping, logistics or freight forwarding sector.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and drivers in a courteous manner.
• Answer, transfer and manage incoming calls while handling general enquiries.
• Process emails, correspondence and routine office communications.
• Receive, sort and distribute shipping documents, courier parcels and office paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding visitors, calls, documents and deliveries.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and keep basic office records up to date.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the team as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or a related industry.
• Currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately.
• Strong English communication skills and a professional, well‑presented demeanor.
• Ability to handle basic administrative tasks and interact with multiple internal teams.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Fundamental computer literacy for handling email and document management.
