About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic receptionist to join our newly established veterinary and pet grooming practice in Abu Dhabi. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients and pets, supporting the veterinary team, daycare, grooming, and retail services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide top‑notch customer service, addressing client and pet needs with empathy.
- Answer and triage phone calls, schedule appointments and procedures.
- Check‑in clients, monitor flow from arrival to discharge, and manage callbacks.
- Handle record requests between hospitals and specialty practices.
- Fill prescriptions and discharge patients as required.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Previous front‑desk or customer‑facing experience.
- Professional, welcoming demeanor and ability to stay calm with distressed clients.
- Reliable, punctual and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Basic computer and administrative abilities.
- Strong organization and multitasking capabilities.
