Recruiter (Arabic Speaker) – Real Estate Focus

About the role

PSI Real Estate is seeking a full‑time Recruiter based in Dubai to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its growing real‑estate business. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic, comfortable in English, and preferably has experience recruiting within the UAE property market.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of positions, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
• Post and update job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Produce regular recruitment reports, metrics and insights for leadership.
• Promote PSI Real Estate’s employer brand and uphold fair, inclusive hiring practices.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in real‑estate or related sectors.
• Fluency in Arabic and solid command of English.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System and familiarity with major job boards and professional networking platforms.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented approach.
