Recruiter (Real Estate Brokerage)

About the role

Land Sterling is seeking a Recruiter to join its People Team in Dubai, focusing on expanding the real‑estate brokerage division. The role is ideal for an experienced real‑estate recruiter or a licensed agent with at least six months of experience who wants to transition into talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and hire experienced real‑estate agents and brokers for the growing brokerage team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through LinkedIn, Bayut, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial screening calls, assess candidates’ experience, earnings, commission structures and career goals.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and the People Team, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare offers, handle pre‑employment documentation and support onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and assist with job advertisements and campaigns.
• Support recruitment for other business areas such as consultancy, valuations, project management and finance when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a real‑estate agent or proven experience recruiting for real‑estate roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market and brokerage dynamics.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
