About the role
We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post vacancies across relevant platforms and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Work closely with HR manager to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Required profile
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Organized, proactive, and target‑oriented mindset.
