Recruiter – UAE Construction Sector

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both white‑collar and blue‑collar positions within our UAE construction projects. You will act as the bridge between project needs and top‑tier talent, ensuring the right people are in place to realise our visions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Clarify job requirements, draft targeted job postings and propose effective search strategies.
• Utilise job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed), social media and industry networks to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assess technical skills and cultural fit, and collaborate with hiring departments.
• Use aptitude assessment tools to support candidate evaluation and advise hiring managers.
• Prepare regular reports on open positions and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and headhunters.
• Coordinate visa processing and labour documentation together with the Public Relations Officer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of recruitment experience, specifically in the UAE construction sector.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication and organisational abilities.
• Passion, dedication and a meticulous, independent work style.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
