Recruitment Consultant – European Market

About the role

Onlyne Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to drive growth across the European market. You will be responsible for both acquiring new clients and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services, working closely with a small, ambitious team.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients throughout Europe and manage intake calls.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.
• Handle vacancies from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and close placements.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and structure.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in both business development and recruitment delivery.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Fluent English and available during European working hours.
