Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare & Construction

About the role

Hyrra is expanding its presence in the UAE and is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to develop its healthcare and construction desks from our Business Bay office. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing interview stages and securing placements.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and assess candidates for healthcare and construction roles.
• Guide candidates through interview stages and ensure a smooth placement process.
• Build and nurture client relationships from scratch, generating new business opportunities.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership as part of a lean, high‑output team.
• Prepare to transition into a full 360‑degree recruitment role in the near future.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or construction.
• Proven track record of billing and generating new client relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
