Recruitment Consultant – Mid‑Level & Senior Focus

About the role

Norman Alex, an international recruitment firm with offices across Europe, the US and Dubai, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join the team in the United Arab Emirates. You will work closely with the local manager to expand our client base and deliver high‑quality recruitment services for financial services and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and generate business opportunities.
• Identify and engage high‑potential candidates for mid‑level and senior roles.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment mandates, from brief to placement.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of AI‑driven recruitment tools.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within financial services or technology.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Fluent English; working knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
