Recruitment Consultant – Relocate to Dubai

About the role

Join Halian as a Recruitment Consultant and take your career international by relocating to Dubai. You will work across Technology, Digital and Professional Services markets, building client relationships and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for both contract and permanent roles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and win new clients across the UAE through networking, referrals and targeted sales activity.
• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders and business stakeholders.
• Source high‑calibre candidates via LinkedIn, databases, referrals and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Provide market intelligence on salary trends, hiring activity and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting and activity tracking within recruitment systems.
• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and placement targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within technology or professional services.
• Strong business development mindset with a track record of generating new client opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and adapt to a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
