About the role

The Recruitment Marketing Lead is a strategic partner responsible for designing and executing end‑to‑end recruitment marketing and employer branding programmes for key global business units. The role translates business priorities into targeted Brand‑to‑Hire (B2H) strategies that drive talent attraction, engagement and conversion across the funnel.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business and talent acquisition leaders to understand workforce challenges and define recruitment marketing plans, including personas, messaging, channels and activation roadmaps.
  • Develop and present annual recruitment marketing strategies, manage allocated global budgets and ensure alignment with global employer brand standards and governance.
  • Lead the recruitment marketing community, share best practices and coordinate with Digital EB, Internal Communications, Marketing, DEI, Sustainability, TA and Strategic Sourcing teams.
  • Define asset requirements, support content creation and oversee end‑to‑end project management for campaigns on careers sites, Glassdoor, Indeed, CRM journeys and other channels.
  • Design and execute nurture programmes for talent pools, collaborating with TA and Strategic Sourcing to move candidates through the B2H funnel.
  • Track, analyse and report on recruitment marketing performance, ROI and B2H impact, partnering with analytics teams to inform investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Lead on through‑the‑funnel content, candidate journeys and measurement frameworks.

Required profile

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding or talent marketing within a global or matrixed organisation.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business and talent acquisition leaders and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the Brand‑to‑Hire funnel, CRM‑led nurturing and candidate journey design.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring performance data and ROI.
