About the role
We are seeking a Region Lead Recruiter who will report directly to the Head of Region and join the GC HUB team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on overseeing recruitment administration and ensuring compliance across projects.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities within the “Recruitment Factory”, balancing workload among recruiters and ensuring internal controls and quality screening processes are followed.
- Allocate recruitment tasks weekly based on priorities and monitor performance assessments, salary monitoring, and reference checks.
- Maintain and update the IDA database, review recruitment and mobilization KPIs weekly, and keep the Consolidated Recruitment Dashboard current.
- Contribute to the customization and implementation of recruitment policies in line with HR strategy and local regulations, ensuring full compliance with GC Hub charter and procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in oil and gas projects or related recruitment environments.
- Fluent English communication skills.
