Regional Account Manager – GCC Hospitality & Decor

About the role

Represent Christofle in the GCC and drive the Maison’s commercial development across hospitality and décor sectors. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with the Paris team while building relationships with key players in hotels, restaurants, interior design and related industries.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with leading hotel groups, owners, developers, restaurant groups, procurement companies, architects, interior designers and decorators.
• Identify new projects and commercial opportunities across the GCC.
• Manage the full client journey from prospecting through presentations, tenders, negotiations, contracting and delivery.
• Develop existing key accounts while actively opening new relationships and partnerships.
• Build a strong pipeline of hospitality and design projects and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Identify opportunities across Christofle’s wider universe, including dining, decoration, gifting, residences, personalization and bespoke projects.
• Represent the Maison at industry events, trade shows, client meetings and networking opportunities across the region.

Required profile

• Proven account management or business development experience within the GCC.
• Established network in hospitality, hotels, F&B, interior design, architecture or related B2B environments.
• Experience developing senior client relationships and managing complex, project‑led sales cycles.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing pipelines, negotiations and commercial terms.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with excellent follow‑through.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to operate independently within the GCC while collaborating with an international team based in Paris.
