Regional C&SP Commercial Operations Manager

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a Regional C&SP Commercial Operations Manager to serve as the single point of contact for its top C&SP accounts across the United Arab Emirates. The role orchestrates demand visibility, capacity alignment and risk signalling, providing leadership with a reliable view of short‑, mid‑ and long‑term demand for the region's most critical customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the SPOC for C&SP segment demand and capacity, coordinating across Sales, Supply Chain, ETO & PS factories.
• Consolidate and maintain accurate opportunity pipelines for the top eight C&SP accounts.
• Own the monthly forecast for non‑ETO demand, linking it to active pursuits and account roadmaps.
• Translate customer roadmaps into a 0‑18 month rolling demand curve and integrate it into zone demand plans.
• Participate in translating the 6‑month MW Build Plan into detailed offer‑level and factory‑level capacity requirements.
• Provide early risk signalling to support predictable execution and informed capacity investment decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in demand planning, SIOP or related supply‑chain functions.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and influence senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in the energy, utilities or industrial sector is a plus.
