Regional Director – Water & Environment (Middle East)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Director to lead our Water & Environment business across the Middle East. You will shape strategy, grow the client base and ensure the successful delivery of large‑scale water, environmental and waste projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Water & Environment practice across the Middle East region.
• Develop and nurture strategic client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive tenders, proposals and commercial strategies.
• Oversee medium to large‑scale water, environmental and waste projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
• Promote performance, innovation and best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Middle East, preferably UAE and KSA.
• Proven track record managing medium to large‑scale projects.
• Strong business development, client management and commercial expertise.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Engineering, Environmental Science or related degree; professional qualifications preferred.
