Regional Income Development Executive - West Division

About the role

Zurich Canada is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to drive Finance & Insurance (F&I) sales across its West Division, which covers several U.S. states. The role is based in Abu Dhabi but operates remotely, supporting dealership partners in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing automotive dealers.
• Generate referrals and new business opportunities within large franchised dealer networks.
• Support dealer performance through training, development initiatives, and ongoing communication.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email, intranet, and newsletters.
• Attend conferences, seminars, and training events to promote Zurich’s offerings.
• Understand and respond to evolving technology requirements of dealer accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of sales experience, or high school diploma with at least 4 years of sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.
• Experience in dealership environments and familiarity with automotive finance products.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of dealership technology.
• Basic knowledge of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products.
