Regional Market Manager – Systems & Filtration (EMEA)

About the role

DuPont Water Solutions is seeking a Regional Market Manager for Systems & Filtration to lead the Europe, Middle East and Africa market. Reporting to the Global Marketing Leader, you will translate the global segment strategy into actionable regional plans and drive growth of ion exchange, reverse osmosis and filtration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt the global “where to play / how to win” framework to regional market conditions and define priority segments.
• Develop short‑term regional strategy packs and maintain a clear view of market trends, regulations and competitive dynamics.
• Own the execution of regional activation plans, including demand generation, product launches, channel effectiveness, trade‑show presence and share‑gain initiatives.
• Partner closely with Sales, Technology, MarCom and Global Segment Marketing to align commercial activities.
• Gather continuous voice‑of‑customer and competitive intelligence to inform strategy adjustments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B marketing within water solutions or related industrial sectors.
• Strong external focus with the ability to translate market insights into measurable growth.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional commercial teams.
• Ability to manage multiple regional initiatives and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
