Regional Sales Manager – Pharmacy Automation (Levant)

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager, Pharmacy Automation (PA) will lead the growth of BD’s PA portfolio across the Levant region from Dubai. You will execute the commercial strategy, manage key accounts, develop high‑performing sales capabilities and ensure full compliance with BD’s ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and profitable growth for the PA portfolio in the Levant.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to increase market and category share.
• Lead, coach and support the sales team to meet individual and area‑level targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers, influencers and clinical/non‑clinical stakeholders.
• Engage and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, local societies and partners.
• Implement market‑development initiatives, including new product launches and demand‑generation programs.
• Ensure effective product positioning, detailing and value communication aligned with the PA strategy.
• Oversee product training for internal teams and external partners.
• Provide clinical awareness, education and technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain commercial excellence and compliance with BD’s standards.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience in medical technology or healthcare.

Required skills
