Regional Training Officer

About the role

The Regional Training Officer will support the Regional Training Manager in delivering learning solutions across Dubai and the wider region. The role focuses on building employee capabilities through classroom and on‑the‑job training to improve operational efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning objectives.
• Conduct training needs analyses and develop appropriate training packages.
• Deliver classroom sessions and on‑the‑job training to employees.
• Provide coaching, constructive feedback and support to individuals and teams.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and report on outcomes.

Required profile

• Diploma (any field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training or supervisory roles.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Training needs analysis.
• Design and development of training materials.
• Facilitation and delivery of classroom and on‑the‑job training.
• Coaching and feedback techniques.
