Registered Nurse / Assistant Registered Nurse – Home Healthcare

About the role

Magenta Home Health is expanding its Dubai healthcare team and hiring Registered Nurses and Assistant Registered Nurses to provide high‑quality home healthcare. The role is suited to compassionate nursing professionals with critical‑care experience who can support patients requiring specialized clinical care. The position offers a competitive salary of AED 5,500–8,500 per month and requires a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing with DHA eligibility.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Monitor patient conditions and provide appropriate clinical support.
• Manage patients requiring tracheostomy and ventilation care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and nursing documentation.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to support quality patient care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and healthcare procedures.
• Follow infection‑control protocols and patient‑safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.

Required profile

• DHA Eligibility Letter or valid DHA licence.
• 1–2 years of ICU or HDU experience.
• Hands‑on experience with tracheostomy and ventilation care.
• Pediatric nursing experience is an advantage.
• Immediate availability.
• Excellent communication and patient‑care skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and team‑oriented approach.
• Strong knowledge of ICU/HDU nursing procedures, patient assessment, documentation, and infection control.
