About the role
Mediclinic Group is seeking an Emirati Registered Nurse to join its Daycare unit in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care while adhering to ethical and professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, following clinical standards and legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Support a learning culture by supervising, mentoring, and coaching junior staff and learners.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country; UAE experience is advantageous.
Required skills
- Basic Arabic language proficiency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
