Registered Nurse – Emirati Talent

About the role

Mediclinic Middle East is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care while supporting the Emiratization programme.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
• Foster a positive patient experience by creating a supportive environment guided by nursing leadership.
• Contribute to a learning environment by supervising, mentoring, and coaching nursing staff and learners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country; UAE experience is a plus.
• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Strong knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
