Registered Nurse – ICU – Abu Dhabi

About the role

M42 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its intensive care unit in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care to critically ill patients and support their families throughout the care journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial nursing assessments and initiate appropriate medical referrals.
• Provide individualized care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while considering cultural and socioeconomic factors.
• Perform advanced clinical monitoring, administer medications safely, and manage peri‑operative and acute care needs.
• Maintain a safe environment by following clinical guidelines, unit policies, and proper equipment use.
• Document accurately and communicate effectively to ensure continuity of care.
• Escalate changes in patient condition and coordinate interventions with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families from admission to discharge on care plans and preventive health practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid Department of Health (DOH) nursing license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 3 years of ICU clinical experience.
