Main Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on evidence-based best practices.
• Administer medications and complex intravenous (IV) therapies with precision and safety.
• Assist physicians and multidisciplinary teams during clinical procedures and medical interventions.
• Maintain accurate and real-time documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate effectively with doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Provide essential education and support to patients and their families regarding admission, treatment, and discharge processes.

Candidate Profile

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid professional license.
• Proven experience in an inpatient medical-surgical setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to react swiftly in emergency situations.
• Commitment to adhering to Department of Health (DOH) regulations and organizational policies.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
