About the role

The Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical will join Speciality Hospital Dubai to deliver safe, compassionate, and individualized care to patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding patient care.
Uphold and live the NMC Nursing Strategy, mission, vision, and values in daily practice.
Advocate for patients, ensuring safety, excellence, ethics, trust and collaboration.
Deliver consistent, high‑quality care to patients and their bystanders at all times.

Required profile

Registered Nurse qualified to practice in a medical/surgical setting.
Commitment to clinical excellence, patient advocacy and a learning culture.
Alignment with NMC values of safety, excellence, ethics, trust and collaboration.
