Registered Nurse - OPD Family Medicine

About the role

The Registered Nurse will deliver patient‑centred, evidence‑based care within the Outpatient Department (OPD) of Family Medicine at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, the nurse ensures high‑quality clinical services while adhering to UAE regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for OPD patients, following clinical standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent, and manage risks to maintain patient safety in line with hospital policies.
• Foster positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment under nursing leadership guidance.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach nursing learners and staff to build competence and promote continuous learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum two years of OPD experience in a busy clinic, preferably within the UAE.
• Basic Arabic language proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
