Registered Nurse-Pediatrics - Arabic Speaking

About the role

The Royal Health Group is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Registered Nurse with inpatient pediatrics experience to join its Abu Dhabi hospital. The nurse will provide family‑centered, evidence‑based care to children admitted to the pediatric unit, ensuring safety and comfort in line with hospital policies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care to pediatric patients, monitoring vital signs, growth and development.
• Administer medications, treatments and therapies according to prescribed protocols.
• Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures and post‑procedure care.
• Educate and support families on the child’s condition, treatment plan and home care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, nursing assessments and care plans.
• Follow infection‑control protocols and maintain a safe, child‑friendly environment.
• Respond to emergencies, provide advanced life support or CPR, and prepare patients for transfer when needed.
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid nursing license as required by UAE regulations.
• Minimum 2–3 years of inpatient pediatric nursing experience.
• Arabic speaking ability.
• Experience in critical care or rehabilitation pediatrics is an advantage.
