Registered Nurse – Private Home Healthcare for VIP Patients (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our exclusive Home Healthcare team in Dubai. You will provide one‑to‑one, patient‑focused nursing care to high‑net‑worth individuals in private residences and luxury hotels, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care in home and hotel settings.
• Support patients with chronic conditions, mobility challenges, and geriatric needs.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
• Accompany patients to medical appointments when required.
• Provide emotional support and build trusted, long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid DHA licence or eligibility.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in hospital or home healthcare.
• Experience with geriatric, long‑term, or VIP/private patient care preferred.
• Highly professional, well‑presented, and confident in client‑facing environments.
• Discreet, respectful, and culturally aware.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Currently based in the UAE (preferred).
