Relationship Manager – Emirati Deposits (Gold Injaz)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will drive new‑to‑bank business and deepen existing relationships with Emirati and Islamic clients for the Gold Injaz portfolio. Working within the Retail Banking Group, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the bank captures a significant share of client wallet and meets growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate and manage new Emirati and Islamic business opportunities within agreed risk‑reward parameters.
• Maintain close, ongoing contact with clients to become a primary banking partner and increase wallet share.
• Deliver liability targets and cross‑sell a broad range of bank products.
• Coordinate with product, channel, SME FX, RBG and CIBG teams to maximise referral and partnership opportunities.
• Ensure credit risk is managed appropriately for all facilities and transactions.
• Adhere to compliance standards, including KYC, AML, account reviews and high‑value transaction monitoring.
• Act as a self‑starter to sustain consistent productivity and performance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Emirati and Islamic banking markets.
• Proven ability to build and maintain high‑value client relationships.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple internal teams.
